The Louisiana Bar Foundation (LBF) is pleased to announce that Franziska Wagner has joined the LBF team as Chief Financial Officer.
Franziska graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in Spring 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in accounting with a concentration in legal studies while working in the oil and gas industry. After moving back to St. Charles Parish in 2017, she then earned a Master of Science in accounting from the University of New Orleans with concentrations in accounting information systems and audit in Fall 2018.
Upon graduation, Franziska started as a staff auditor and was quickly promoted to senior auditor and then audit manager at a local CPA firm. During her time there, she earned the Certified Public Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor licenses. Franziska performed attest and non-attest services for clients in the government sector and nonprofit and construction industries, among others.
