The Louisiana Bar Foundation is the state’s principal funder of civil legal aid. Since 1985, LBF has distributed over $147.6 Million to more than 70 partner organizations supporting families facing non-criminal legal challenges. Through responsible stewardship of state civil legal aid funding, LBF helps low-income residents across Louisiana gain access to critical civil legal services that protect their health, safety, and security.
