LBF to Audit DEI Within Organization

As champions for justice, inclusivity, and equality, the Louisiana Bar Foundation is committed to ensuring that our organization centers diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout our membership and employee experience.  

As we strive to become an even more inclusive and equitable organization, we have partnered with a New Orleans local education and management firm, K. Allen Consulting, to develop a diversity, equity, and inclusion audit of our organization.  

 Through this auditing process, we will examine the current state of diversity, equity, and inclusion within our organization and further understand our employees’ and members’ perceptions and experiences of our organization to meet better the needs of those we work with and serve.  

This audit intentionally centers your voice as a critical stakeholder in the Louisiana Bar Foundation. As such, the first component of this audit is a survey. This electronic survey is optional and will be available for all employees, members, and recruits starting on February 19 and closing on March 8. Please be on the lookout for more information about where to find the survey in an upcoming email.
