The Louisiana Bar Foundation (LBF) has always focused on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Earlier this year a DEI committee was formed to ensure that we be intentional in our processes and actions. In addition, our leadership has participated in a series of DEI workshops presented by Krystal Allen Consulting, as part of our board gatherings. The fourth and final workshop will be October 27, and is titled, DEI within Human Resources, Operations and Finance.
