The LBF is dedicated to providing support to our grantees by assisting in their long-term stability and viability in providing services. The Building Capital Development (BCD) Grants Program awards grants up to $50,000, on a 50% to 50% ratio matching basis, to current grantees with the purpose of assisting in the acquisition or renovation of an office building and/or property. Acquisition projects will be eligible for consideration, including planning, architectural and renovation expenses, for up to eight (8) years of funding or a maximum of $400,000. Renovation only projects will be eligible for consideration for up to five (5) years of funding or a maximum of $250,000.
